Shipping & Returns FAQ

 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

 We ship exclusively within the United States using FedEx and UPS.

 Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

 – Flat-rate shipping: $15 per order

 Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for FedEx or UPS.

 Contact us at support@cbfashionusa.com within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

 Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

 Once your return is received, we inspect it within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

 We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item or size.
